What time can I arrive?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Let me know your arrival time beforehand so I can be there to welcome you.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00.
What about breakfast?
It is included. I make it myself and serve it whenever suits you. When I confirm your stay I will tell you the details.
How many guests can stay in each casita?
There are two independent casitas under the same stone roof, and each has one bedroom with a large double bed for two guests. If there are more of you, message me on WhatsApp and we can see whether both casitas are free for your dates.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children are welcome. For babies up to 3 years old I have a cot at no charge; ask for it in your request.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the casitas.
Can I hold a party or an event?
No. Casa del Monte is a quiet neighbourhood and the casitas are not for parties or events.
Is there parking and wifi?
Yes, both at no charge.
Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not allowed.
How do I book and pay?
Choose a casita and your dates and send me a request from this site. I confirm on WhatsApp within a few hours, and then we arrange payment by bank transfer. You pay nothing when you send the request.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge until the day before you arrive, and you pay nothing in advance. If you would rather have a lower, non-refundable rate, just ask when you write to me.
